..Introduction....(What is cellular phone?)..

A mobile phone (also known as a hand phone, wireless phone, cell phone, cellular phone, cell telephone) is a long-range, electronic device used for mobile voice or data communication over a network of specialized base stations known as cell sites.

..What are the effect?..

1)Mental Health
2)Bullying
3)Eye strain
4)Bacteria
5)Lack of sleep

..How to prevent?..

1)Use a Bluetooth
-It still release radiation and exposes you to EMF (Electromagnetic Frequency), but at a much lower dosage than that of direct contact of your cell phone to your head.

2) Avoid keeping mobile phone in your pocket or belt:
–According to study, the lower portion of body has good conductivity and absorption power than upper portion of body.
–Therefore, it is better to avoid keeping cell phones in your lower pocket or belt while using it.

3) Prohibit children to use mobile phone:
–Exposure of young children to EMF may be more negative to their health, especially during the development and maturation of the central nervous system, immune system, and critical organs.

4) Do not make call when battery is low:
–When you mobile phone’s battery is low, it takes more time to establish a connection. Therefore, it will generate more radiation during that period. So avoid using your cell phone while battery has only one bar or less.

5) Don’t use your mobile phone in enclosed metal:
–Mobile phone use more power to establish connection while using in vehicles or elevators.
–Avoid using your cell phone in places, like a bus, where you can passively expose others to your phone's electromagnetic fields.

6)Wait for some time till connection is made:
–If you are using your mobile phone with a headset, then wait for the call to connect before placing next to the ear.

7) Avoid carrying your cell phone on your body at all times.
–Do not keep it near your body at night such as under the pillow or on a bedside table, particularly if pregnant. You can also put it on “flight” or “off-line” mode, which stops electromagnetic emissions.
•If you must carry your cell phone on you, make sure that the keypad is positioned toward your body and the back is positioned toward the outside so that the transmitted electromagnetic fields move away from your rather than through you.
